please note:
1) Cannot smoke inside the car (Rm400 fine will be imposed)
2) Remember to buy parking coupon if you park at ‘blue’ or ‘green zone’ (Failure to settle summons before returning car will imposed Rm50 admin charge if owner help to settle)
3) All fly-over speed limit is only 50-70km/h, there is some with speed tracker (PDRM summon might come a bit later, we will notify you when we received the summon)
4) Most high-way speed limit is 90km/h
5) Petrol full to full or return same level as what you got
6) Outbound fee will be imposed if drive out of 50km from Miri city; any summons incur from Malaysia authority (except owner’s fault) and Brunei authority (inclusive tinted window) will not be covered by our company.
7) The rate only cover basic insurance for accident caused by 3rd party’s offense where excess of Rm2000- Rm4000 to be bear by the driver. (Optional insurance protection of Rm25/day can be added on to void this)
If the offense is due to driver, there will be full payment to be bear by driver for total cost of car repair. (Optional insurance protection of Rm25/day can be added on to reduce the excess to Rm2000 – Rm4000, and balance will be covered by insurance)
